La linea fu commissionata nel 1997 ed è in ottime condizioni. I rulli calibrati in questa linea sono stati specificamente adattati per produrre un ricco biscotto da tè e anche digestivi e crackers tipo TUC
La linea produceva anche biscotti farciti e stava producendo anche snack rounds and hoops. Dopo l'impilamento dei biscotti c'era una linea di ricopertura per cioccolato con tunnel di raffreddamento per biscotti digestivi semiricoperti

The line also produced choc chip cookies and was also under contract doing Snack rounds and hoops. After the biscuit stacking there used to be a chocolate enrobing line with cooling tunnel for half coated digestives

E' l'utlimo modello di pelatrice Manzini. La macchina ha lavorato fino alla campagna 2005, è stata manutentata nell'inverno 2005 per prepararla alla campagna 2006 ma prima di questa è stata sostituita con un impianto di capacità maggiore
Per questo motivo la catena dell' elevatore è stata sostituita ma non ha mai lavorato pertanto è nuova
L'impianto pertanto dovrebbe essere realmente in ottime condizioni, completo di tutte le sue parti (eccetto i separapelli, che sono stati riutilizzati per il nuovo impianto)
La macchina è completamente costruita in acciaio inox ed è attualmente smontata e immagazzinata nello stabilimento del proprietario

It's the last model of the Manzini peeler. The machine worked until the 2005 crop, it was maintenanced in winter 2005 in order to prepare it for the 2006 crop but before it was substituted with a bigger plant
For this rason the chain of the elevator had been substituted but never worked so that it's brand new
The plant is supposed to be really in very good conditions, is complete of all parts (except for the peel separators, which have been utilized for the new machine from the owner)
The plant is completely built of stainless steel and is presently disassembled and stored at the owner's facility
The electric planel is equipped also with inverter
